May this letter reach the management and members of ProQuaz Sdn Bhd and CIC in good health.
I am writing this letter in appreciation and in support of CIC and the good work it is doing in contributing to educating the future leaders of our ummah.
My daughter Almas Nadhirah had enrolled in CIC (Precint 9) of Putrajaya for the school term 2007-2009 under the Zamrud Programme. At the time of the starting of the school year, she had just attained the age of 4 years in December 2007, thus as compared to her peers she was only four years old.
It is to be noted that before she started the programme CIC, Almas did not receive any formal schooling in any form but Almhamdullilah, within one month into the programme she had displayed her abilities to read simple sentences and she had quickly progress to read books and even memorized simple surahs and duas for everyday usage. This is in addition to being able to perform her daily prayers.
Almas had truly enjoyed her time at CIC as from my observation the activities are structured to expose a child to ilm’ pertaining to languages (English, Arabic and Bahasa Malaysia), mathematics, science, tauwheed, ibadah and more importantly affirming her identity as a muslim. Upon entering Primary 1 at the current school, Alhamdullilah Almas had no problem and adjusted well to the new syllables as the standard applied in her two years in CIC is at a higher level as compared to her current syllables.
In addition to the above, I think that it is great that CIC had also placed emphasis on character building as Alhamdullilah it has made my daughter indentified her identity as a muslim and I would like to add that it is from CIC that Almas has understood the concept of the Creator and our role in the universe.
Here CIC has greatly assisted in helping me as a mother to explain to Almas our responsibilities as muslims. In addition I am of the opinion that the extra curricular activities in the form of school trips, themed based sports day is indeed a novel way to exposed Almas’s mind to current issues such as environmental issues and healthy eating.
Credits is indeed due to the professionalism displayed by CIC In conducting any activities and this excellent work is evidently coupled with their love and nurturing given by teachers such as Teacher Zira, Teacher Faridah, Teacher Rozana and all the crew members in CIC who have greatly inspired my daughter to attained a self confidence that she had successfully carried on to her new school.
I am greatly satisfied with the progress and achievement attained by Almas, and I wish CIC well in their future endeavors and programmes.
